Refunds and Exchanges

Admission

  • We will make every effort to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, but we cannot always guarantee entry.
  • It is the nature of live performance that start and running times may vary, and artists, programmes, and other details may be subject to last minute changes.

Children and Young People

  • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder who will be responsible for the child’s behaviour.
  • We strongly advise children under 12 years of age not be brought to a performance except for specific productions aimed at younger audiences. When content is unsuitable for children we reserve the right to make this known in any publicity.

  • For safety reasons gangways between seating or tables must be kept clear.
  • Please switch your phone off or to silent during a performance or event.
  • We do not permit the unauthorised use of cameras and recording equipment within the auditorium.
  • If you experience any problems during a performance or event, please inform a member of front of house staff immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue at the time.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any part of the venue.

General

  • Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale or print publication, but changes may be unavoidable due to the nature of live performance.
