Cluedo

It’s a dark and stormy night, and our cast of oddball characters has been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each of the guests has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is, well, dead. So whodunit? Join the iconic oddballs known as Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock and Mustard as they race to find the murderer in Boddy Manor before the bodycount stacks up. Based on the cult classic film and the popular board game, Cluedo is a madcap comedy that will keep you guessing until the final twist.

Based on the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn, written by Sandy Rustin

with additional material by Hunter Foster, Eric Price and Mark Bell

About the group

Bishops Cleeve Players is a long-established amateur theatre group based in Bishops Cleeve, bringing live theatre to the local community for many years. From plays and comedies to pantomimes and special productions, we have provided opportunities for people of all ages and experience levels to take part both on stage and behind the scenes.     Exciting news! Rehearsals for our production of Cluedo are just getting started. A long way to go yet, but I’m sure it will be a wonderful show when it arrives. Get learning those lines!

  • The Drama Workshop present “A Private Yarn”

    Wednesday 15th July in the performance space at Bishop’s Cleeve Library. Show starts 8pm with doors open at 7.45pm. There will be raked seating. Free entry for friends and family with donations to Maggie’s Cancer Care. POSTPONED DUE TO THE WEATHER
